Citizens join hands with GHMC “Plogging with Jogging” In the twin cities every day in the early morning hours thousands of people will be taking part in the morning walk on the main roads, parks, playgrounds right from younger people  to old people it’s a common phenomena while on walking / jogging the people who are taking part and making a habit to picking up garbage waste like water bottles/ plastic bottles waste papers, trash etc., this is one of the innovative method is being planned by the GHMC officials in the city. The Commissioner stated that around 22,000 sanitation workers are taking up sanitation work every day in the entire twin cities but due to some of the irresponsible people the city is getting very shabby look for their negligence of throwing waste on the roads. Leopard dead in Kamareddy due to Lung Infection

Leopard dead in Kamareddy due to Lung Infection A leopard, that had been spotted past couple of days near Yekkapallay Village, and near by Thanda of Lingampet mandal in Kamareddy district,  has been found dead. Kamareddy Ch. Balamani, District Forest Officer, given details to media. As per his briefing…. “Leopard was sited on 24th March near Ekkapally village in agriculture fields. Rescue operation was carried out by the team from zoo and local staff, base camp watchers and strike force by setting cages and nets. It came out in the night but didn't touch the bait. But after that couldn't find as it was hiding in the agriculture fields.  Villagers were alerted and combing continued and could find as dead  near a feeder channel in the early hours today. Post mortem was conducted by the doctor from the zoo and local veterinarian.  The cause of death lung infection and natural death. No external injuries no loss of any organs.

CM KCR instructed officials to settle land litigations on Top Priotity Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to settle land litigations pertaining to Kasulapally, Gopayya Pally, Palitham villages in Peddapally mandal. MLA Sri Manohar Reddy brought to the notice of the CM about land litigation of 462 acres in Kasulapally, Gopayya Pally and Palitham villages under Pedapalli mandal. The MLA met the CM at Pragati Bhavan on Sunday and informed him that villages came up on the disputed land, schools were set up, roads were laid and farmers are cultivating the land. Prior to 1950s, the land was officially identified as the Endowments property according to the official records. The officials who conducted Land record purification programme in the villages have also could not establish the land ownership rights.
